Swimming Pools
2025 Pool registration is available now by visiting kc.cellbadge.com/Register. For your first year, you will either need to email the clubhouse staff a picture for each family member or stop by to have a picture taken. There are no physical passes to gain access to the pool-it's an online pool ID system. You will check-in at the guard desk by giving the guard your name and or address.
Homeowners are required to contact the site office at clubhouse@kingscharter.net if your tenant has changed from last year. Owners will be provided with a new Delegation of Rights and Privileges Form to fill out and return giving the new tenants access to the pool. Your new tenant will then need to register for the pool.
