Clubhouse
The clubhouse is located at 9407 Kings Charter Drive. The site office, one of the pools, three tennis courts, four pickleball courts, exercise room and two of our playgrounds are all located there.
The site staff is an amazing resource for any questions you have about the community. Homeowners can also contact the staff to obtain their electronic key fob for the exercise room. The site office phone number is (804) 550-2507 and the email is clubhouse@kingscharter.net.
