Clubhouse
Kings Charter Owners and Residents,
 
As you all know, the Coronavirus is a fluid and ever changing situation.  Based on the current CDC and other government recommendations, we are making some changes to our operations. This decision is to help practice social distancing and help protect you and our staff from being exposed to, and help prevent the spreading of, COVID-19.  The following are the temporary changes to our operations:
The entire Kings Charter Clubhouse building, including the Greatroom, the Fitness room, and the offices will be closed to residents and to the public until further notice. 
 
So that our staff may continue to provide services to the community, the onsite staff will continue to work 9-6 Monday through Friday and can be reached at clubhouse@kingscharter.net. They have been instructed not to let anyone inside the clubhouse.  Please do not ask.
 
All Clubhouse rentals have been suspended until further notice.
 
ACC applications can be submitted online to the clubhouse@kingscharter.net email address. ACC forms can also be found on the Kings Charter website under the Members section on the menu.
 
The safety of all our residents, our staff and their families were the focus for these decisions. We apologize for the inconveniences this will cause. We are all in this together, and hope that you understand these changes. 
 
We will continue to be in contact with you as the situation changes.
