St. Patty's Day
A fun day for the entire family including food and beverages (and Irish and craft beers), activities for all ages, fundraising raffles, and plenty of neighbors with whom to enjoy it.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a rapidly growing sport activity and is being sponsored by the Kings Charter Recreation Committee. Come out and join the fun!
Easter Egg Hunt
Each Spring Kings Charter holds its annual Easter Egg hunt for the youngsters at the clubhouse area to search for those colorful little eggs, and often we have a visit from the Easter Bunny!
Spring and Fall Yard Sale
The Kings Charter Spring and Fall Yard Sales are a great way to clear out your garage or attic as well as a great place to find bargains on just about anything!
Youth Tennis
Kings Charter boasts one of the best youth tennis programs in the area. Kings Charter participates in Richmond Youth Tennis Leagues in the Spring, Summer, and Fall and offers programs for kids from 5 years old to 18. We also have a resident USPTR and USPTA certified Master Tennis Pro in the community, Brian Wills. Our youth program includes QuickStart Tennis and team group, plus individual private lessons.
Adult Tennis
Kings Charter has produced some very formidable Adult Tennis Tennis teams in the area and gained the respect of local clubs as well. Kings Charter participates in USTA, Suburban, and Richmond Tennis Leagues in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Not looking for a team but just want to play? Many residents just play for the social aspects. You can fiind more information about sessions and events in the Kings Charter newsletter. Also, courts can be reserved using this website.
Pool Parties
The Lakeview pool is available for private parties but parties may not start until after the regular pool hours (except for community events such as National Night Out and Swim Meets, etc.)
Only Kings Charter residents can reserve the pool for parties, and the resident reserving the pool must be present at all times during the party.

July 4th Celebration
Our celebration of the founding of our country includes our annual parade down Kings Charter Drive, starting at midway park and ending at the clubhouse where the celebration continues with various activities and food for kids of all ages. Like our St. Patrick's Day and Easter events, Kings Charter volunteers make these events happen.
