What are the HOA dues?
Remember with the January 1st, 2022 assessment increase you will need to change the amount being deducted from your bank or automatic bill payment service. If you have not already done so, it is not too late to make those changes. Please remember that the 2022 assessment has changed as follows:
Regular Assessments - $220.86 per quarter
Charter Member - $126.75 per quarter
