Beware of Concrete Sidewalk repairs

Notice – Sidewalk Concrete Repairs
Subject: Upcoming Sidewalk Repairs – Starting May 5th
Dear Kings Charter Members,
Please be advised that sidewalk concrete repairs will begin on Monday, May 5th, 2025. Work will include the demolition and replacement of sections of the sidewalk and is expected to take approximately three days to complete, weather permitting.
During this time, please use caution in the work areas and follow any posted detours or signage for your safety.
The new concrete will require time to properly cure. Pedestrian access will be restored and safe to walk on by Saturday, May 10th.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make these necessary improvements.
