Dam Spillway Remediation
Almost everyone at Kings Charter is aware of the dredge project that was just completed at Charter Lake. However, many may not know of the new Dam Spillway requirements under Virginia Dam Safety which is overseen by DCR (Department of Conservation and Recreation). DCR regulates all of the dams in Virginia and the dam at Charter Lake falls under their venue.
