Residents of Kings Charter rarely find a reason to leave the community. That's because there's so much here to see and do.

The community boasts a beautiful clubhouse with a full kitchen, fitness and weight room, two swimming pools, two kiddie pools, six lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, multipurpose recreational field, decorative gas street lighting, beautifully landscaped common areas, a scenic lake, playgrounds, bike paths, and a scenic observation deck overlooking beautifully preserved wetlands and hiking trails! Residents make full use of these wonderful amenities, and they also enjoy a multitude of planned activities as well.

The wetlands offer natural walking trails and abundant wildlife, and the bike and walking paths that weave throughout the community allow residents to fully enjoy Kings Charter’s natural amenities as well.  Whether it be strolling by the colorful flower gardens or rollerblading through the community, residents can leave their hectic days behind as they enjoy some tranquility and fresh air right in their own backyards!

Our amenities reach far beyond the buildings and facilities.  Our Social Calendar stays full and offers something for everyone!  The following are just some of the community events and organized groups or functions that our community enjoys throughout the year:

In addition to the social events in the Community, Kings Charter offers a strong Tennis program for all ages and skill levels! From beginner level to the national level, our staff of Certified Tennis Professionals offer group and private instructions. There are many social and organized tennis leagues and programs throughout the year, and several of our teams have gone on to compete at the national levels! We offer beginner adult and youth instruction from Spring through the Fall to help you in developing your game.
